It's a $130 million conversion of the 1906 Butler Brothers warehouse, a building the size of a full city block. The renovation won an AIA 2025 Housing Award and the Urban Land Institute Award for Excellence 2026.
The building offers studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms with 10 to 11.5 foot ceilings and large windows. Apartments have a Bosch washer and dryer, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, luxury vinyl plank floors and a glass-enclosed shower. Select apartments add an office nook or flex room, and some have skylights. Furnished apartments are also available.
Shared spaces cover two rooftop acres on the sixth floor, with a pool and sundeck, a pickleball court, a dog park, grilling stations, a fire pit terrace and lawn games. Inside, residents get a fitness center with on-demand virtual classes for yoga, Pilates and strength, a golf and game simulator, a billiards room, coworking and conference rooms, a gathering kitchen with a coffee bar and a grab-and-go market. The building also has courtyards with fire pits, keyless entry, AT&T Wi-Fi throughout and EV charging. Parking is in a 384-space climate-controlled underground garage.
The Grand MetroLink station is four blocks away, with trains to the Washington University Medical Center and Forest Park. The Danforth campus is about a 15 to 18 minute drive, so plan on a car or the train. Energizer Park is four blocks away, and Union Station and the downtown restaurants are nearby.
