The Clover at Olive Crossing

The Clover at Olive Crossing is a recently built apartment community in Olivette, at the corner of Olive Boulevard and I-170. It was designed around sustainability and wellness, with floor plans ranging from studios to three bedrooms.

Apartments have quartz countertops, farmhouse sinks, stainless steel GE Energy Star appliances including a dishwasher and French door refrigerator, and a full-size GE washer and dryer. Kitchens have a center island with seating, and every home has smart thermostats and high-performance shades. Select apartments add a balcony or patio and walk-in closets.

Shared spaces include a resort-style pool, a 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor fitness studio with TRX, a club room with an entertaining kitchen, a coffee bar, a media lounge, a billiards room and conference rooms for remote work. There's also a zen courtyard, grilling stations with a flattop grill and fire pit, a sundries market, a mail room with package concierge, two pet parks and a pet spa.

The Danforth campus is about a 7 to 10 minute drive, so plan on a car. Costco, Trader Joe's and the Galleria are all within about 8 minutes, and the Centennial Greenway is nearby.

Leases run from 6 to 18 months, and shorter leases carry a one-time $350 premium. Internet is required at $40 a month. Other fees include a $60 application fee, a $300 admin fee, a $500 security deposit on most layouts and a one-time utilities fee of $105 to $135 depending on the layout. Cats and dogs are welcome, up to two per apartment, and pets over 50 pounds are considered case by case.
