Park Clayton Apartments is in the Dogtown neighborhood, just south of Forest Park, with one and two bedroom floor plans. The building has controlled access with key fobs, plus elevators.

Apartments have wood-look floors and large closets, with stainless-steel appliances and an in-unit washer and dryer in select apartments. Listed apartment features also include granite counters, a dishwasher, ceiling fans and air conditioning.

Shared spaces include a 24-hour fitness center, a 24-hour business center with a coffee bar, and the Dogtown Lounge with a kitchenette and game room. Outside there is a picnic area with BBQ grills and a pergola. There is indoor bike storage, additional storage, two on-site laundry centers and free off-street parking with a parking pass.

Forest Park is within walking distance. The Danforth campus is about a 34 minute walk or a 7 minute drive, and the Medical Campus is about an 8 minute drive. Shops and restaurants on Tamm Avenue are nearby, and a Schnucks and a Walgreens are across Skinker.

Leases run 6 to 15 months. The property pays a portion of water, sewer, trash and hot water, and the rest is billed back based on floor plan size and number of occupants. Residents set up their own electricity, gas and internet. The application fee is $60 per applicant and the admin fee is $250 per apartment, and the security deposit is currently waived with approved credit. Income must be three times the rent, and a guarantor earning five times the rent can be used if you don't meet that. Renters insurance is required. Pets are allowed with no breed restrictions, up to two per apartment, with a one-time $250 fee and $25 a month in pet rent per pet.
