4321 Grove

4321 Grove is a contemporary apartment community at 4321 Manchester Avenue, right in the heart of The Grove neighborhood. It offers one- and two-bedroom apartments in an elevator building with controlled access.

Apartments have open layouts, high ceilings and fully equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher and granite countertops with bar seating. Features include an in-unit washer and dryer, walk-in closets, a ceiling fan and a patio or balcony.

Residents share a rooftop terrace, a 24-hour fitness center, a mailroom with package receiving, bike storage and storage units. Parking is in a garage with covered spaces, and maintenance is on site.

The Grove has over 50 shops, restaurants and nightlife spots around the building. The medical campus is about a 23 minute walk, and the Danforth campus is about an 11 to 14 minute drive.

Cats and dogs are welcome, up to two pets per apartment, with breed limits and pets over 50 pounds considered case by case. Fees include a $60 application fee, a $200 admin fee and a $500 security deposit. Leases run from 6 to 18 months at the same monthly rent, with a $150 one-time premium for short-term leases and $300 for month-to-month. Applicants need income of 3 times the monthly base rent and must pass a credit and background check.
