West End Terrace Apartments

West End Terrace Apartments is a garden-style community in the Central West End with studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. The property is gated, and parking on site is free.

Apartments have spacious closets, central heat and air, a fully equipped kitchen with a bar, and large living rooms. Every apartment comes with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave and garbage disposal. Renovated apartments add a washer and dryer, ceiling fans, wood-look flooring and courtyard views. Apartments are not furnished.

Residents can use an outdoor pool with a sundeck, a 24-hour fitness center, a 24-hour business center, a 24-hour clothes care center and a clubhouse with a TV and fireplace. There is also package receiving, building intercoms and 24-hour emergency maintenance.

The building is within walking distance of the Barnes-Jewish campus and Forest Park, about a 17 minute walk to the WashU Medical Campus. The Danforth campus is about a 14 minute drive, so plan on a car for daily trips there. Whole Foods and Schnucks are close by.

Leases run 6 to 15 months. Rent covers base rent only: water, sewer and trash are added to your bill based on usage, and residents set up their own electricity and internet. The application fee is $60 per applicant and the admin fee is $250 per apartment, and the security deposit is currently waived with approved credit. Income must be three times the rent, and full-time students can qualify with student housing stipends. Renters insurance is required. Pets are welcome with breed restrictions, with a one-time $250 fee and $25 a month in pet rent per pet.
