Apartments are spacious, with oversized closets, central heat and air, and cable and internet hookups. Depending on the apartment, features can include washer and dryer connections, a basement, a large eat-in kitchen, a living room or bedroom balcony, extra storage space, black appliances, wood-look flooring and updated cabinets. Apartments are not furnished.
Residents share a swimming pool, on-site laundry facilities, a clubhouse and a courtyard with a picnic area and BBQ grill. Parking is free, and garages can be added for $50 a month when available. There is 24-hour emergency maintenance and public transportation nearby.
The property sits just off Highway 170, minutes from the Galleria and Costco. It is about a 10 minute drive to the Danforth campus and 15 minutes to the Medical Campus, and more than an hour's walk to either, so plan on having a car.
Leases run 6 to 15 months. Rent covers base rent only: trash is $12 a month, water and sewer are billed separately by usage, and residents set up their own electricity, gas and internet. Fees are a $60 application fee per person, a $250 admin fee per apartment and a $60 occupancy fee. There is no deposit with approved credit, and up to $1,000 with conditional credit. Applicants must be at least 18 and earn three times the rent. Renters insurance is required. Pets are welcome with some breeds restricted, up to two per apartment, with a $250 fee and $25 a month per pet.
