Chelsea STL studio apartment

Looking for someone to take over my lease. Lease would end 7/27/2027 and can be renewed but that’s the minimum. Move in can be any day between 4/30/2026 and 6/3/2026. Message me with any questions!

A studio apartment with in unit washer dryer in the Chelsea apartment complex. Willing to leave it fully furnished or empty, just let me know! The photos I used are from the building’s website so the actual furniture is different. One parking spot and all utilities except electric comes included in the rent. Electric is usually around $30 a month for me, sometimes less.

The building has a pool, gym, sauna, arcade, free printer and office space, and other amenities. The unit has an electric stove, dishwasher, smart fridge, and a large window facing the pool. Furniture I could leave includes two barstools, a small desk with chair, a queen sized bed, a dresser, and a full length mirror. The unit comes with two large closets and a lot of extra storage in the kitchen.
